Banking system structure of Indian Economy !!
Hi guys,
Just making notes while studying for the Investment Advisory ,have listed out the main structure of the banking system which is also called the core system of Indian economy.
Banking system is one of the important pillars of Indian Economy as it is solo provider of capital to economy with credit and cash instruments.
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is the most important role in banking system of india as it provides banking licences ,Proper framework for the credit limitation as per the sector the user request the credit,Note printing and reprinting ,Foreign Currency ratio,Gold reserves.
Future RBI as divided its self into 3 separate categories for the government funded schemes and Responsibility.
EXIM BANK: This all are related to the export-import management system of the Government Framework with Foreign Trades and Credit settlements.(Refer the image)
NABARD BANK:This is the most important entity in Indian Banking system as our country represents about 70% of Agriculture in the Country.
It also supports the internal banking system which are related to the agriculture and rural development related system.(Refer the image)
NHB BANK: This banking sector is also very important part of the government system related to the housing development system with related to finance and infrastructure of india.
All the Government schemes related to this sector are manage and funded by this bank.(Refer the image)
